Highway Ways: Every Direction Pays

Highway Ways titles run paylines across the reels in multiple directions, which means a single spin can hit from left, right, or both at once.

How the Highway Ways Format Works at 7vegas

Highway Ways is a payline format where wins are counted from left to right AND right to left on the same spin. That doubles the number of ways a symbol line can connect compared to a standard one-direction reel setup. Studios like Pragmatic Play and PG Soft build titles around this mechanic, layering in scatter triggers and reel multipliers on top of

the base both-ways engine. When you open a Highway Ways title from our lobby, the paytable shows the exact symbol values and direction rules — check the info panel before your first spin so you know what each reel position is worth in each direction.

HOW WE RUN THIS

How 7vegas Manages the Highway Ways Category

We keep the Highway Ways section stocked with titles that actually use the both-ways mechanic — not games that just carry the label. Each title in this category is sourced from studios whose reel engines we've verified, and RTP data is displayed inside the game's own info panel where the studio exposes it.

Studio Sourcing

Highway Ways titles come directly from studios like Pragmatic Play and PG Soft through verified content agreements. We do not add unverified third-party builds to this category.

RTP Transparency

We show RTP only where the provider exposes it inside the game panel. We never publish invented percentages — if a title's RTP is not in the info panel, we leave that field blank.

Payline Accuracy

Every game listed under Highway Ways is tested to confirm it uses a genuine multi-direction payline engine. Titles that only market the term but use a fixed one-way grid are excluded.

Account Security

Your session data and account wallet are protected with SSL encryption. Identity verification follows a standard KYC process before any payout is processed from a Highway Ways win.

Highway Ways Terms You Should Know

New to the both-ways format? These are the terms that come up most when players explore Highway Ways titles for the first time. Plain definitions, no casino jargon.

01
What does 'both ways' mean in a Highway Ways slot?

Both ways means the game counts winning symbol combinations starting from the leftmost reel AND the rightmost reel on the same spin, effectively doubling the active win directions.

02
What is a ways-to-win mechanic?

Ways to win replaces fixed paylines with a count of all possible adjacent symbol positions across every reel. Highway Ways titles often advertise 243, 1,024, or higher ways counts.

03
What is a reel multiplier in Highway Ways games?

A reel multiplier boosts the payout value of any winning combination that lands on a specific reel position. Some Highway Ways titles stack multipliers when both directions hit simultaneously.

04
What does scatter mean in this context?

A scatter symbol pays out regardless of its reel position and does not need to follow a payline direction. In Highway Ways titles, scatters commonly trigger the spin feature round.

05
What is RTP in Highway Ways slots?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage a game returns over a very large number of spins. Check the in-game info panel; we only display RTP where the studio provides it.

06
What is KYC and when does it apply to Highway Ways payouts?

KYC means Know Your Customer — the identity verification step required before a payout is processed. You complete it once in your account settings; it applies to all game categories including Highway Ways.
